• Preventative Maintenance Services are a set of services offered to FIT Business Partners with the ultimate objective of providing a stable, dependable, and scalable network infrastructure through preemptive resolution of issues (before they become outages).
• Licensing And Warranty Management
o Vendor Support Management
 FIT manages product licensing and warranty status for core product offerings as part of our core managed services offering. Compliance audit services, while not part of the core managed service offering, are available as part of our advanced solution set.
 Strong vendor relationships reduce lead times and ultimately bring quicker resolution to existing or potential outages.
• Monitoring
o Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, FIT monitoring tools keep a watchful eye on your IT systems. The Focus-IT service desk is notified as symptoms occur and works to resolve those issues before they become a problem that impacts the business.
• Patch Management
o Patch Management ensures all of your Windows servers and PCs have the most up-to-date security and system patches, helping to optimize performance and minimize security risk. Additionally, patch management includes firmware and IOS updates. FIT also manages vendors for firmware and software updates when leased/managed devices such as large multi-function printers exist in the environment.
